Bio - Frank A Latorre
Frank A Latorre is a family man with three grown up children. He has been a fully qualified corporate accountant since his early 20’s working for the commonwealth bank in general banking, home finance, and general lending field.
Frank has owned his own businesses for most of the past 35 years. He has specialised in the investment property market field for the past 15 years, investing the majority of these years in studying and researching all aspects of the investment and property market and the wealth creation markets through property.
Frank strongly believes in knowledge through education, people should not get into any investment field with out a strong understanding of what they are about to enter into.
Mentoring process in property investment is a very important belief to Frank - "I have trained over 185 sales people in the field of investment property, I have run education sessions (seminars) on investment properties, the business of property investment."
The importance of correctly financing an investment property is critical. Frank has run these seminars in Melbourne, Perth, Sydney and has helped, advised, monitored and managed property portfolios for thousands of private investors (approximatley five thousand past clients).
Frank is passionate about property because it works. Time and history shows us that it has stood the test of time since mankind started. It's solid, it’s land, bricks and mortar, it’s safe ("safe as houses"). Banks know it’s safe, that’s why they lend up to 95% of the value of a property, you can own it personally, you control it totally, you decide what and when and how.
Property can make you more money per year then most people earn working in their main employment area. Frank has worked and advised builders and property developers, both large and small on the property investment market. Frank has advised on such things as; locations, what’s required today, lifestyle changes and effects on the housing market, economics and future demands.
